	Mission Statement Assistance League of San Antonio is a nonprofit volunteer organization that develops and implements programs to benefit children and adults in the San Antonio area.

Assistance League of San Antonio is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization. It was organized in 1984 and chartered in 1988 as the 76th chapter of National Assistance League.  Bexar Hugs Auxiliary was certified in 1995.

Members of Assistance League of San Antonio donated more than 71,000 volunteer hours and positively touched the lives of more than 54,000 area residents this past year.
